We do orders by phone, not by web form. That way we can quote you on the spot, confirm size and quantity, and lock in pickup or delivery before we hang up.
Call Us
We pick up the phone — no menu trees, no hold music, no “please listen carefully as our options have changed.” You’ll get a real person who knows the day’s catch.
When to Call
We’re easiest to reach Tuesday through Saturday, mid-morning through early evening. The best time to lock in same-day pickup or local delivery is before 11 AM.
If you’re calling outside those hours and we don’t pick up, leave a voicemail with:
- Your name and call-back number
- What you’d like to order (rough size and quantity)
- When you need them
We’ll call back as soon as we’re back at the dock.
What to Have Ready
When you call, it helps to know:
- How many — dozens, half-bushel, bushel, multi-bushel
- What grade — #1 male, #2 male, jumbo, female, mixed, or “I don’t know, what’s good today?”
- When — today, tomorrow, this weekend, or a specific event date
- Where — your zip code (for pickup vs delivery)
- For what — casual dinner, big crab feast, restaurant, event? It helps us recommend the right batch.

Pickup vs Local Delivery
Right now we’re focused on the Maryland area for pickup and local delivery. Nationwide shipping is coming — call to ask about your zip and we’ll let you know what we can do.
No Web Orders
We don’t take orders through web forms, contact forms, or email — sorry. Live crab orders need real-time pricing, real-time availability check, and real-time confirmation of pickup or delivery. That’s a phone call, not a form.
